Watch out for

RvtExporter may hang if a BIM file is corrupted, so add a timeout mechanism in the PowerShell script to kill stuck processes.
File locks from open CAD applications can prevent conversion, so ensure all source files are closed or use read-only access flags.
Path length limits on Windows may truncate output paths, so validate that the destination folder path stays under 260 characters.
Large batches can exhaust memory during HTML generation, so stream report data instead of loading entire file lists into RAM.
