Watch out for

Trello's webhook history only retains events for a short window so you must handle missed events gracefully or use polling as a fallback.
Slack rate limits can block rapid notifications so implement a small delay or queueing mechanism between messages.
Card moves often happen in batches during bulk operations which may overwhelm the channel if not deduplicated or throttled.
Incorrect board ID configuration will cause silent failures so validate the board connection immediately after setup.
