Watch out for

Google Analytics API quotas can be exceeded during peak usage so implement exponential backoff logic in your code node.
UTM parameter values must not contain spaces or special characters which will break tracking so sanitize inputs before encoding.
QR codes generated from long URLs may become too dense to scan reliably so truncate or shorten the link if necessary.
Email sending limits can halt the workflow if reports are sent too frequently so add a delay between batch sends.
