Watch out for

Airtable API has a 5 request per second limit so you must implement rate limiting to avoid 429 errors during bulk processing.
LLMs may hallucinate skills not present in the CV, add a validation step that cross-references extracted keywords against the job description requirements.
Timezone mismatches between Google Calendar and Airtable can cause scheduling conflicts so always normalize timestamps to UTC before storage.
Webhook retries from failed email sends can duplicate interview bookings so implement idempotency keys in your Airtable record updates.
